THE FIRM
A firm built around one mandate.
Aesir Business Advisors exists to do one thing well: represent owners through the sale of their companies.
THE FIRM
An independent sell-side M&A advisory firm in Salt Lake City.
"The name reflects how we work: deliberate, disciplined, and on the owner's side of the table."
The firm is named for the Aesir, the principal pantheon of Norse tradition, keepers of order and counsel. It is a fitting name for a firm whose entire practice is bringing order to the most consequential transaction of an owner's life.
Aesir Business Advisors is an independent sell-side M&A advisory firm representing founder- and family-owned companies in the lower middle market, headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah and representing owners nationwide.
We work in the lower middle market because it is the segment where good process makes the biggest difference. Below this range, sales are simple listings. Above it, owners have investment banks. In between sits the largest population of founder-owned companies in America, most of whom get one exit and deserve a process worthy of it.
HOW WE'RE DIFFERENT
Advisor-led
The advisor you meet in the first call is the advisor negotiating your letter of intent.
Sell-side only
We take no buy-side mandates that would put us across the table from owners like you.
Closed-comp discipline
Our pricing comes from what companies actually sold for, not from listing prices that never traded.
Success-aligned
Our fee is earned when your deal funds, not before.

LEADERSHIP
Cameron DuPree
FOUNDER & MANAGING ADVISOR
Aesir was founded by Cameron Dupree, a Utah-based M&A advisor and member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) with sell-side transaction experience across home services and trades, e-commerce, healthcare services and medical billing, logistics, and consumer products, from Main Street companies to eight-figure enterprises.
Across their careers, Aesir's advisors have closed more than $100 million in transaction value, with 89% of accepted engagements reaching a successful closing. The firm accepts roughly one in ten owner interviews as engagements. Selectivity is not exclusivity for its own sake; it is how the close rate stays honest.
Every Aesir engagement is run by the advisor who takes your first call.
